Centurion Chef Services will use your personal information for a number of purposes including the following:

• for "administration purposes", which means that we may contact you for reasons related to the service you have requested, for instance if the job application service is temporarily down for maintenance we may contact you to inform you so;
• to contact you about a submission you have made to one of our services;
• to analyse and improve the services offered on our website to provide you with the most user-friendly navigation experience.

Where Centurion Chef Services proposes using your personal information for any other uses we will ensure that we notify you first. You will also be given the opportunity to withhold or withdraw your consent for your use other than as listed above.

For services that require correspondence with third parties such as with the job application service, we may pass on some of your personal information to these third parties in order to fully fulfill the service required. For the job application service we may pass on any details you have submitted including parts of your Cirriculum Vitea (where applicible) such that a potential employer may establish your suitibility for a given role.

7. How long will Centurion Chef Services keep my personal information?

Where you submit personal information to Centurion Chef Services we will generally only keep this information for as long as is reasonably required for the purpose(s) for which it was submitted. For example, if you have submitted your personal details to the job application service we may hold your information indefinitely so that you can be contacted for any future job roles that may be applicable.

8. Can I find out what personal information that Centurion Chef Services holds about me?

Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to request a copy of the personal information that Centurion Chef Services holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We charge £10 for information requests and will require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved photographic identification.) We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files and database.
