As you would expect from a national operation such as ours we have a database containing 1000’s of chefs many of whom are prepared to relocate. Our candidate bank is consistently replenished with regular advertising.
Relief / Interim / Temporary Chefs
We exist to help you in your hour of need. Our National Relief Brigade includes many talented chefs, with many having experience of cooking at 1 & 2 Rosette standard.
All chefs, when employed by our company whilst on contract operate with full terms and conditions. We tax all payments to our chefs and pay employers National Insurance therefore protecting your company from any future Inland Revenue liability.
Our brigade consists of head chefs, sous chefs, and chef de partie, with the ability and breadth of experience necessary to operate in differing environments ensuring that they can react and work efficiently in a temporary capacity.
Permanent Chefs
We exclusively provide chefs and as a consequence all of our marketing is geared towards this one discipline.. As with the temporary chefs our focus is on working with talented chefs, specifically at the finer end of the dining market. If you have a vacancy you can be assured that it will be advertised nationally in order to identify the individual that you require. We advertise regularly in trade magazines and many national websites including our own which ensures a steady flow of applications throughout the year. We only charge for introductions when we are successful in finding an individual who takes up employment with you. Our introduction fees are highly competitive and incorporate a generous rebate scheme for failed appointments.
